“I don't know what I want.”
You've got interests. You need direction.
A four-week hybrid experience to discover your strengths, choose a direction, uncover real opportunities, and build a next-step plan. Two in-person gatherings. Two virtual sessions.
You don't have to become an entrepreneur. You just need to discover which next step actually fits your life.
You've got interests. You need direction.
You need a way to choose.
You need the right resources.
You need a plan you can act on.
Whichever sounds like you, there's a place to start.
Join The Next MoveA four-session hybrid journey. Jerry helps you find clarity and make intentional decisions; Will helps you research opportunities, build your circle, and turn insight into action.
Recognize your strengths, interests, and possibilities. Begin with a First Look vision board.
Compare potential pathways, choose one to investigate, and map the people around you.
The Opportunity Lab: research verified resources, identify appropriate contacts, and build outreach.
Revisit your vision, share your Next Look, and present your first 30 days of action.
Session dates and formats are confirmed. Exact start times and in-person location will be shared before enrollment is finalized.
Not just inspiration. You leave with tools you can open, people you can reach, opportunities you have researched, and a direction you can actually act on. Your work becomes your own NX Opportunity Portfolio.
*Certificate of completion available to participants who meet the published requirements. It is not a professional credential.
Four real shifts you can work toward over four weeks:
Identify your strengths, compare your options, and choose a direction worth exploring.
Find and check opportunities, programs, resources, and requirements that fit your next step.
Map your support circle and draft the words to begin real, professional conversations.
Leave with your own first-30-days plan, including practical actions and milestones.
Your next move needs more than a vision. It needs access. Learn to research real options, understand the requirements, build the right relationships, and prepare a message that opens a meaningful conversation.
Create an aspirational image or mood board for the direction you're exploring.
Identify guides, connectors, resources, and accountability relationships.
Use AI-assisted research to build a shortlist of verified programs, pathways, or organizations.
Prepare an inquiry, introduction, or application step—not a mass email blast.
Connected since January 2011. Jerry develops the person; Will develops the pathway. Both teach in every session.
Dr. Jerry D. Owens has spent decades helping people navigate meaningful decisions with wisdom, responsibility, and perspective. After graduating from Oak Ridge High School in 1992 and attending Miles College in Birmingham, Alabama, he began his professional journey with Chrysler Corporation around 1995—an experience that strengthened his discipline, structure, and practical leadership.
In 1999, Jerry helped establish Joshua Generation, where his leadership roots grew through mentorship, spiritual development, empowerment, and service to the community. That work did not end there. To this day, his leadership continues through teaching, counsel, and helping people recognize what matters, examine opportunities, and move forward with greater clarity—not simply collect inspirational words.
Will Morris, MEB, is the founder of Genuine Creative Agency, a creative strategist, and a builder of brands, experiences, and practical systems. Raised in Plainfield, New Jersey, Will recognized his creative instincts early, sharpened them while studying at The College of New Jersey, and later moved to Orlando to earn a master’s degree in Entertainment Business at Full Sail University.
His perspective was widened through travel, including Kenya and Honduras, along with years of freelance design, family responsibility, and hands-on work across Central Florida’s arts and business communities. Through Genuine Creative Agency, Will has led brand development, marketing, production, and strategy for entrepreneurs, artists, organizations, and public-facing projects in the United States and internationally—with design and branding work seen as far as Moscow. He brings the question behind the strategy: what resources, relationships, and infrastructure will make the next step realistic?
Recognize your gifts, evaluate options, build meaningful relationships, and develop accountability.
Research opportunities, understand resources, communicate professionally, and organize your action plan.
Another month of saying, “I know there’s more for me.” What if these next four weeks weren’t spent wondering—but discovering your strengths, uncovering possibilities, and building a plan you can actually use?
This isn't $299 to sit, feel inspired, and go home wondering what comes next. It's four guided working sessions to explore what you carry, discover where it could fit, and build something tangible that helps you move forward.
*Certificate recognizes participation and completion, not professional qualification. Session times, location, recordings, and enrollment policies will be communicated by the program team.
Four guided weeks. Real tools. Your personal NX Opportunity Portfolio. A practical plan to move forward. Dreams are lived. Not slept on.
Next you’ll share your name, email, and phone in our short registration form, then continue to Square for secure payment. The jacket is optional and is not charged now. Your seat is confirmed only after successful payment.
After enrollment: Complete your private NX Starting Point Profile so Jerry and Will can tailor examples and exercises to your goals. Your profile invitation follows confirmed payment.
Your final in-person session on December 10 includes the Next Look presentations and completion recognition. The Reveal may also extend into an optional enhanced celebration with professional portraits and Founding Class merchandise, depending on confirmed logistics.
*Completion requirements apply. Core final presentations and recognition are part of the $299 cohort. A separate celebration, professional portraits, and the jacket would be optional and individually priced if offered.
You should know exactly what you're investing in before deciding.
Join The Next MoveThe $299 one-time program fee covers four hybrid sessions (Nov 19 and Dec 10 in person; Nov 24 and Dec 3 virtual), guided weekly activities, the paid-student Starting Point Profile, the Opportunity Lab, digital NX Portfolio, both vision-board experiences, core final presentations, qualifying completion certificate, and a 30-day follow-up check-in. Optional portraits, jacket, or separate celebration enhancements are extra.
That's a valid starting point. Your First Look vision board can literally say “I don't know.” The experience helps you explore strengths, opportunities, and practical next steps without pretending to solve your entire life in four weeks.
No. Entrepreneurship is one possible pathway. You might explore a new career, training, a trade, creative work, leadership, community impact, or starting a business.
First, share your name, email and phone. Then choose the $299 digital workbook or $334 digital + printed workbook option on Square. Your place is confirmed only after a successful payment. Paid students receive the private NX Starting Point Profile and onboarding details.
Both guides have faith-shaped backgrounds. The experience is positioned as practical personal and professional development—not a church service, theology class, or religious certification. Exact session content will be clearly described before enrollment.
The founding cohort meets Thursday, Nov 19 (in person), Tuesday, Nov 24 (virtual), Thursday, Dec 3 (virtual), and Thursday, Dec 10 (in person), 2026. Exact session times, venue, and virtual access instructions will be confirmed before enrollment is finalized.
Tuition is $299, or $334 with the optional printed workbook. Afterpay may be available to eligible students if it appears at Square checkout; its approval and terms are determined by Afterpay. An installment option is not guaranteed.
Yes, a digital certificate of completion is planned for participants who meet the published requirements. This is not an accredited academic credential or professional license.
The December 10 final presentations and completion recognition are included in the $299 cohort. A separate enhanced Reveal celebration, if offered, and professional portraits or the approximately $75 Founding Class jacket are optional purchases, not graduation requirements.
Contact the program team for recording, refund, and privacy details before purchase. Enrollment contact details are saved in our CRM; payment is processed by Square. Promotional consent is optional. Students control any optional AI account or email connections during the Opportunity Lab.
No. The Next Move is a guided development cohort. AI-assisted research and professional communication are practical tools introduced in the Opportunity Lab to help you research and pursue an appropriate pathway; no one is required to connect a personal email account.
After completing payment, you will receive instructions for the separate NX Starting Point Profile. It helps Jerry and Will understand your interests, goals, existing resources, and obstacles before the first session. The final details depend on the confirmed enrollment and onboarding system.
Come ready to reflect and participate. A notebook and an internet-capable phone or laptop are helpful for the virtual sessions and Opportunity Lab. We will provide the worksheets and digital templates. Venue and accessibility details will be supplied before class.
Four weeks. Two in-person gatherings. Two virtual sessions. Your opportunity map, circle of support, and an actual 30-day plan. Take your next step with the founding class.
